In accordance with the ordinance of the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, any customer has the right to return the purchased product, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package.

According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014, food and cosmetic products are products susceptible to deterioration or expiration quickly and are exempt from the right of withdrawal.

However, SC PERFUMES DU FELI SRL offers you the possibility to return the products within 14 calendar days, after prior notification to the email address: contact@feliperfumes.ro

The products for which returns are NOT accepted are:

The cost of the return is borne entirely by the customer, and the return can only be made through the company Rapid Courier at the registered office in Str. Papadiei No. 5, Santandrei, Bihor, without reimbursement of costs or payment to the Recipient.

The steps to follow are:

The return is made by announcing in advance the intention to return by means of a written notification, as follows, to the email address contact@feliperfumes.ro

The package is delivered to a courier company of the customer’s choice, and the delivery is made to the address mentioned above. The order number is also mentioned on the return package. Following the discussion with the Customer Relations department, a day will be established, respectively an address from which the courier will pick up the package for return.
The customer hands over the package to the courier together with all the documents initially received.
The amount initially paid by the customer will be refunded, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the full receipt of the return package at the PERFUMES DU FELI SRL headquarters together with the letter of termination. From this amount, the shipping fees related to the return will be deducted. The shipping costs will be paid in full by the customer.

Notes:

Returns are only accepted within 14 days of receiving the package.
The package will contain all the documents originally received, as well as a written address, signed by the person who initiated and paid for the order, notifying the termination of the contract and requesting the return of the amount paid, indicating the account and bank where the money will be returned.

If the return procedure is not followed and the customer sends the package back without prior notification, we reserve the right not to accept the return.

In the event that a package that was shipped by FELI PERFUMES.RO is not accepted by the recipient without a reason given and without prior notification by any contact method: telephone, e-mail, chat support, etc., the following measures will be taken:

In the customer account, only the online payment method with the card will remain active for the following orders placed.

SC PERFUMES DU FELI SRL will always try to resolve any complaint amicably, by agreement of both parties. In this regard, we provide you with an email address to which you can direct any notification or complaint to which we will respond within a maximum of 10 calendar days: contact@feliperfumes.ro.

If amicable settlement is not possible, legal provisions will apply.
